Is there a commission charge?
There are no commission fees for exhibitors. Instead, there is an annual plan charged monthly for NEMWholesaleOnline.
How do orders get placed?
Retailers browse your shop, select items and submit their order to you via email. Final billing with shipping charges are processed by you through your regular means. You ship or deliver product directly.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
The member monthly price for the basic level is $120 billed at $10 per month, and the premium level is $150 billed at $12.50 per month.
What’s included in the Basic package? Who’s it for?
The Basic is perfect for companies with small product lines just getting started. The Basic plan includes up to 10 products featured in your shop, a customized shop page with a special section to tell your unique story and an easy to manage dashboard to track your orders.
What’s the Premium package? Who’s it for?
The Premium package is for companies with product lines ready to grow. Features of the Premium plan include unlimited product lines, a customized shop page with a special section to tell your unique story and an easy to manage dashboard to track your orders. You also receive a logo/graphic included in your shop listing, featured spotlight listings, and special promotions in our e-newsletters.
Can I purchase this for a single month? Or just three?
No, this is an annual commitment, but we do bill monthly to make it more convenient.
Who can participate?
All exhibiting participants who meet the same jurying requirements as New England Made live shows.
Is there a charge for retailers to sign up?
No, there is no charge for retailers, but they do need to be a qualified retailer to gain access.
Am I able to message the retailer?
Yes, there is a messaging function within your online shop. You’ll both be able to ask questions and share details via email/chat messages.
How is this promoted?
The New England Made Wholesale Marketplace is promoted through email, social media and other marketing channels to our New England Made live event buyers as well as other retailers.
