Our Asparagus & Potato has a lovely flavor profile. Try adding diced ham, pancetta, chicken, or smoked tofu to take this soup to a whole new level. We enjoy adding crispy pancetta, homemade sourdough croutons, and a drizzle of olive oil or cream.
Directions
• Bring 7 cups of water and soup mix to a boil
• Cover, and cook over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often until vegetables are tender
• Optional: Add cooked chicken or turkey
• Makes 7 one-cup servings
