Our Quinoa Medley has the perfect blend of vegetables and grains, but with the addition of chicken, turkey or tofu makes for an even more satisfying meal. We love to pair ours with a side salad of arugula, cashews and pears. Directions - Brings 9 cups of water and soup mix to a boil - Cover, and cook over medium/high heat for 20 minutes, stirring often - Add a 14.5oz can no-salt diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until vegetables are tender - Makes 9 one-cup servings
