These doughnuts are one of our favorites. Baked in a muffin tin, not fried, they are so easy to make. Blend the mix with a couple of pantry staples , pour into a muffin tin, bake, toss in a little melted butter and then coat with the included cinnamon sugar for a memorable breakfast treat.
